A startup operating in the FinTech world asked for our support to improve the performance of its product and increase the satisfaction of its customers.
Thanks to a careful analysis of the data and its information content, we were able to highlight the main data quality issues underlying some performance limitations.
A rigorous review of the algorithm in use also allowed us to identify and resolve some critical issues in the model.
At the end of the activity, we were able to deliver an improved model that allowed them to satisfactorily pass the ongoing trials with their end customers.

During the collaboration we were able to advise our client on how to improve their data capturing process by highlighting what new information would enable the use of advanced ML techniques. Thanks to this increased awareness, the client was able to start a path of innovation to bring its algorithm to a new evolutionary stage.
This allowed to transfer to the internal technical team knowledge and know-how on how to set up and manage algorithms based on machine learning techniques.
