A leading company in the industry therefore chose to optimise its design activities in order to accelerate the development of new layouts, reduce expenses, and at the same time improve project quality. By eliminating reliance on physical prototypes and integrating design, simulation, and validation, the aim is to reduce the risk of errors, increase efficiency, and foster more effective collaboration between teams.
To meet these needs, at Moxoff we have developed a virtual prototyping platform that enables digital simulation and optimisation of plants before any physical implementation. The platform is designed to be easily customisable, with mathematical models that allow for precise and reliable simulation of system behaviour. The entire process is managed through a cloud-based web app, which supports centralised data management and promotes an agile, collaborative workflow.
